Our client, a top financial firm located in midtown, is seeking to hire temporary Executive/Administrative Assistants for a long-term temporary position.
Responsibilities:
· Draft and send correspondence
· Provide administrative support to a team of executives
· Schedule and organize internal/external meetings
· Coordinate travel – domestic and international
· Maintain and manage busy calendars
· Prepare and process expense reports
· Respond quickly /accurately to email correspondence
Qualifiacations:
· Proficient with MS Office
· 2 plus years administrative experience in a corporate setting
· Be proactive- work independently as well as part of a team
· Be available to work Monday through Friday in office
