Evan Bernardin Productions (EBP)
New York, NY (and select travel opportunities)

Evan Bernardin Productions (EBP) is seeking experienced Company Managers for a range of upcoming projects, including Off-Broadway productions, tours, readings, workshops, and special engagements. Both union and non-union candidates welcome.

Compensation: Varies by project/production and commensurate with experience.
Timeline: Anticipated start date May 1, 2026; projects staffed on a rolling basis.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the General Management team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide regular updates and reports to General Management and producing teams

  • Serve as the primary liaison between cast, creative team, production staff, and producing office

  • Manage day-to-day company operations and internal communications

  • Support rehearsals, tech, previews, performances, and special events

  • Coordinate artist hospitality and general company needs

  • Support payroll processes and ensure union compliance (AEA, SDC, 802, etc.)

  • Overseeing and coordinating union benefit contributions and reporting (AEA, SDC, 802, etc.)

  • Manage company travel, housing, and logistics

  • Support press events, opening night, and special event logistics

  • Handle ticketing needs, including house seats, comps, and box office coordination

  • Addressing company concerns, conflict resolution, and supporting a professional working environment

  • Tracking weekly expenses, processing reimbursements, and supporting budget oversight

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Company Manager, Assistant Company Manager, or Stage Manager

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Financial literacy, including payroll and tracking

  • Professional, discreet, and artist-centered approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and non-traditional hours
