After a successful first edition in June 2025, PDC Live Arts is back!
We are thrilled to announce the second edition of our festival : a celebration of dance, creativity, and diversity. Open to choreographers from all genres and backgrounds, this event offers a unique platform to showcase your work in a positive and supportive environment.

Whether your piece is a world premiere or has been performed before, we want to see your artistry come alive on stage!

Date:

Festival Performance: March 15th, 2026

Tech Rehearsal: March 10th, 2026 (mandatory attendance)

Venue:

Brooklyn Music School Theater, 126 St Felix St, Brooklyn, NY 11217, USA

Eligibility:

Open to creators and choreographers of all dance styles, including musicals, modern, contemporary, ballet, and more. Whether your work includes dance, musical theater, or blends multiple forms of expression, we want to see storytelling that takes risks and pushes boundaries.

If you have already performed with us during our first edition, you are welcome back! We only ask that you confirm your share of the ticket sales was met and that the piece you will be showcasing is different from the first festival.

Choreographers must be able to attend the tech rehearsal on March 10th (Tuesday) and the performance day on March 15th (Sunday) in NYC.

No application or participation fees.

Diversity Matters:

We encourage applications from diverse voices and perspectives, making this festival a true celebration of global dance expression.

Ticket Sales & Revenue Sharing:

Choreographers will manage ticket sales for their audiences and receive 50% of their box office revenue.

Choreographers must sell 1 ticket per minute of their piece (e.g., a 10-minute piece requires 10 tickets sold).

If ticket sales exceed the required amount, choreographers continue to earn 50% of their box office revenue.

If ticket sales fall short of the required number, choreographers will compensate for the difference.

Donations are possible through our ticketing plateform : Companies will earn 70% of these additional donations.

Rehearsal Space Discount:

Limited rehearsal space is available for rent at $10/hour exclusively for festival choreographers.

Withdrawal Policy:

If selected choreographers withdraw within one month of the festival (after February 15th, 2026), they will owe 100% of their box office revenue requirement.

Application Process:

Applications are open to choreographers worldwide until December 15th. The only requirement is you must be present in New York City for the tech day (March 10th) and performance day (March 15th). While we do not provide accommodations, we warmly welcome participants from across the globe.
