DESCRIPTION
The Lost Boys A New MusicalProduction Assistant working with the Stage Managers
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support rehearsals, tech, production meetings, and preview performances
-Help update various tracking and running paperwork
-Help facilitate communication from the stage managers with multiple other departments and the cast
REQUIREMENTS
-Previous experience working as a production assistant and/or experience working on a professional musical
-Familiarity with Dropbox / Google Drive / Microsoft Office Programs
-Ability to communicate well across a variety of people
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-Candidates in this position would be considered for future sub ASM training possibilities
DATES
On or about January 19 – April 26 tbd
COMPENSATION
NYS Minimum wage for up to 40 Hours/Week. Time and a half for all hours in excess of 40 in any given week (48 hours pre-approved per week). Any additional OT hours require pre-approval in advance of work beginning.
