DESCRIPTION

Seeking actors for BITCH Fest, a workshop production of a new immersive choreoplay written by Jinah Parker and directed by Tai Thompson, premiering in late May 2026 at Triskelion Arts in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC.

BITCH Fest (Breath Ignited Through Creative Healing) is a poetic, immersive theater that integrates wellness interventions in the fabric of the play. The work fuses live performance, audience participation, and integrative wellness practices to create an experience that is as much felt as it is witnessed. At its center is a deeply human story that moves between a woman’s present-day healed self and her younger self, tracing a journey of survival, self-discovery, and transformation. Woven throughout is a generational healing storyline, the unbroken thread connecting Karen, her mother Joanna, and her grandmother Ma, exploring how trauma travels across generations and how healing can too.

This is a non-union workshop production with a paid stipend.
