Ramona: 20s; Puerto Rican Woman. Our host. Vibrant, curious, a great sense of humor, a secret pain. She is charismatic and a great hostess for the audience; this is her party. Additionally, her presence and power in this play defies the decades of trauma and erasure of Puerto Rican women whose bodies were abused in the initial trials.

Margaret Sanger: 71 in 1950; Caucasian Woman. An activist. A New Yorker, working class, ruthless.

Katharine McCormick: 75 in 1950; Caucasian Woman. A feminist. A New Englander, upper crust, passionate.

Goody Pincus / Jonathan Eig: Goody - 47 in 1950; Jewish Man. A scientist. Egotistical and brilliant / Jonathan - 58 in 2022.

John Rock: 63 in 1950; Caucasian Man. A doctor. Comfortable, handsome.

Min Chueh Chang: 42 in 1950; Chinese Man. A researcher. Brilliant, careful, and compassionate.
