DESCRIPTION
Glass Canon Theatre Company is casting its inaugural spring 2026 season in Washington, DC. Rehearsal and performance dates, locations, and details are specified below. Titles and Playwrights of the two readings of new work will be available ahead of the audition dates, but the company is still in the final stages of the selection process. Exact stipend rates are available as well. All staged readings and Songs of the Acropolis are able to accommodate AEA actors. Lysistrata is a strictly nonunion contract.

There will be 132 5-minute in-person slots granted to performers across January 25th and 26th. Appointments will be sent out on a rolling basis and all will be confirmed by EOD January 22nd. There will also be a waitlist day-of, though we cannot accommodate more than 15 people in the lobby at a time. Phone numbers will be taken down to be contacted if a significant number of cancellations take place. Please do not form a line or unofficial list ahead of the audition start time. It will not be honored. All other performers will be asked to submit a self-tape submission. All video submissions will be viewed. *NOTE: Glass Canon Theatre Company is committed to hiring local artists. Performers local to the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) region are encouraged to submit.
