Overview

English Musicals Korea (EMK) is the resident musical theatre company based at the Gyeonggi Future Education Campus in Paju, South Korea! At EMK, we build musicals from the ground up, working hands-on in every aspect of the creative process- conceptualizing, writing, composing, designing, choreographing, and more. We are dedicated to enriching the lives of students and families in South Korea through our immersive English performances. Each season, we produce multiple mainstage shows AND tour to schools across Gyeonggi province!

SEEKING

Versatile musical theatre performers interested in international, collaborative creation, with experience in at least one of the following:

- Advanced piano skills
- Music composition and music direction
- Proficiency in Digital Audio Workstations (Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase)
- Experience in carpentry, set construction, and use of power tools

CONTRACT
- One-year contract (renewable)
- Base salary approx. 2,500,000 KRW/month
- Free private housing (utilities not included)

VISA REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

$20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per year
