About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Partnerships Coordinator to join our New York Partnerships team. The ideal candidate is passionate about a career in the theater industry, and in this role you will support the Partnerships Team in its daily operations of managing relationships with commercial theatrical productions and non-profit arts organizations.
Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, the Partnerships Coordinator will support partnership efforts across New York, providing cross-functional team collaboration and developing administrative systems to deliver mutually beneficial efforts for each partner organization.

Please note: this is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

What You'll Do:
-Support the PartnershipsTeam in their management of an evolving number of partnerships in Theatre and Arts and Entertainment (including commercial Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, landmark institutions, and non-profit companies)
-Communicate with TodayTix partners (general managers, marketing/ad agencies, producers, revenue managers, etc.) regarding new show listings, contract details, updated assets, and more
-Assist partnerships team with external partner data requests (i.e. sales reports, supply updates)
-Coordinate internal ticket offers for staff & ticket requests for company use
-Manage partner records, assets, and contract filing
-Collaborate with related teams on a variety of projects including new show set-ups, access program initiations, media placement scheduling, financial reconciliations, and inventory management
-Complete other duties as assigned to cultivate growth and create efficiencies
We're Looking for Someone With:
-1+ years of relevant theater industry experience or background in Partnerships (theater administration, arts management, sales, partnerships or marketing)
-Strong familiarity with and interest in NY theater landscape, including both on- and off-Broadway
-Previous experience in client servicing or partner success is a plus
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
-Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally
-A hunger to proactively solve problems
-Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail), Excel, Slack, and Monday.com
-An ability to multitask and execute on multiple projects quickly
-A natural relationship builder, with a skill for finding common ground and creative solutions
SALARY
$54,999.97 – $62,500.00
per year
