First You Dream Entertainment (FYDE), a Broadway-rooted creative company, is seeking a Technical Artist (Systems & Platform) to support and maintain a proprietary, video-based workflow platform currently in active development.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on system stability, debugging, and backend operations within a no-code / low-code environment.

Core Responsibility

Ensure the platform runs reliably.

You should be able to diagnose issues quickly, implement fixes efficiently, and understand how changes impact the system as a whole.

Technical Environment

• No-code / low-code platform (Bubble.io)
• Backend workflows + database-driven logic
• Role-based access systems and privacy rules
• REST API integrations (AI + media processing)
• Video upload, storage, and playback systems
• Scheduled / asynchronous backend processes

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across workflows and system logic
• Maintain and optimize database structures and permissions
• Debug API connections and third-party integrations
• Support video handling (upload, playback, delivery reliability)
• Improve system performance and identify vulnerabilities

What We Need

• Strong experience working within Bubble.io (or similar no-code backend systems)
• Solid understanding of APIs and debugging integrations
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve quickly
• Experience maintaining live or in-development applications

Strong Consideration

Strong consideration will be given to candidates who have an established footprint across multiple mediums within the entertainment industry (performance, casting, production, or related fields).

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience with video-based platforms
• Familiarity with AI-integrated systems

Compensation

• $2,000/month
• Part-time / flexible hours
• Remote

Candidates must be comfortable working under strict confidentiality. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required before access to platform details or internal systems is granted.
