They manage their time wisely and are able to prioritize under tight deadlines, and are often on their feet for long hours as they get the job done.

Proactive and flexible personality with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
Knowledge of NYC theater and other entertainment events is preferred.
Willingness to work OUTDOORS in all weather elements is a must.
All Arounder ($20+/hr. 30-35 hours a week)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an All Arounder for an Entertainment Entrepreneur who also works in Real Estate. You will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day office operations. This includes assisting with administrative tasks, managing correspondence, and providing general support to the team.
If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Communicating with clients
Running errands and hosting open houses
Posting and engaging on social media
Working with random tasks
Running out to make purchases
Working on the go
Assistant Requirements:
Must be organized
In-depth understanding of Google services, calendar management, and social media platforms
Ability to multitask
Good project management skills
Must be personable and have excellent verbal and written communications skills
A minimum of at least one year experience
Some sales experience is a plus
Able to be on your feet often
Availability on weekends is a must
