Compensation: $23.50/hour
Schedule: Approximately 15–20 hours per week (evenings and weekends required)

About the Role
11 to Midnight, the new Off-Broadway dance show created by Cost n’ Mayor and produced by Hideaway Circus, is seeking a friendly, reliable Merchandise Sales Associate to join our front-of-house team. This role is a key part of the audience experience, engaging with patrons and facilitating merchandise sales before and after the show.

Responsibilities

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for all merchandise transactions
• Set up and maintain the merchandise display area
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Track inventory and restock items as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with audience members in a welcoming, professional manner
• Assist with merchandise counts and reconciliation at the end of each shift

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
• Comfortable handling transactions and using POS systems
• Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Interest in theater, dance, or live events a plus
