DESCRIPTION
Accepting Video Audition submissions from AEA and non-union actors for LIFTED by Mfoniso Udofia, staged readings at a Boston venue TBA in March 2026. Rehearsals begin February 9, 2026.
Please submit a video audition by December 1 at 10am.
In-person callbacks will be held in New York City December 4-5, and in Boston December 6.

Video image should include from the actor's waist up, to allow for movement as needed.

Video content should include three parts:
1) Slate (name, role in LIFTED, height, representation as applicable, base location)
2) Please record the attached sides for the character you would like to be considered for.
3)Singing sample: Please find sheet music with rehearsal accompaniment tracks for the Gershwins' I've Got Rhythm in two different keys at this link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/12ae2XWpXf94Ry9y8JPx2FcgOlARFWPSR?usp=drive_link
Please choose your own 32 bar cut from the provided sheet music. You are welcome to provide 32 bars of a different jazz standard if you have your own music/accompaniment.
Forms submitted without a corresponding Video submitted to the link above will not be considered.
