We are seeking a high-energy, engaging Lead Performer for live children’s entertainment shows. This role is responsible for captivating young audiences through interactive performances that include storytelling, singing, dancing, improvisation, and audience participation. The ideal candidate is confident on stage, comfortable working with children, and able to think quickly while maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities include leading scripted performances, encouraging crowd interaction, maintaining character integrity, and collaborating with fellow performers and event staff to ensure smooth, high-quality shows. Professionalism, reliability, and a strong stage presence are essential.
