2026 Festival Production Opportunities at Jacob’s Pillow

Jacob’s Pillow, a National Historic Landmark and world-renowned center for dance, is seeking skilled production professionals for our 2026 Festival season. Based in the Berkshires, we offer the opportunity to collaborate with international dance companies across a variety of historic and state-of-the-art performance spaces.

The Seasonal Experience

During the Festival, our team triples in size, creating a high-energy, immersive environment focused on technical excellence. Seasonal staff take on hands-on responsibilities that are essential to the execution of world-class performances.
