Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM (flexible hours available) Duration: Four months (starting January)
Compensation: $100 per week stipend

Internship Overview:

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Booking and Licensing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the performing arts and interested in the business side of theater licensing, management and touring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the scheduling and coordination of bookings for productions

• Support the licensing process by managing documentation and communication with

  artists and organizations

• Conduct research on potential venues and markets

• Help maintain organized records and databases

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions

• Box office reconciliations

• Liaise with clients and licensing housing

• Creation of marketing materials

• Social media management

  Qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate in Theater, Arts Management, Business, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• A passion for theater and the performing arts
