EXTRACURRICULAR: A New Immersive Musical Workshop Production & Creative Lab

We are seeking actors, dancers, and singers (High School & College levels) from all backgrounds to join the third developmental workshop of EXTRACURRICULAR. Join us for a unique "creative laboratory" where you will help shape the DNA of a brand-new theatrical work.

Secure a spot in the Original Developmental Cast of a new musical workshop led by a Broadway veteran and Disney Teaching Artist. This full-scholarship residency offers a high-level creative experience (est.valued at $2,500), focusing on masterclass-level direction and the unique process of building a show from the ground up. THE PROJECT
EXTRACURRICULAR is an immersive, experimental, and collaborative theatre piece centered on high school students navigating identity, friendship, and aspirations.

The Storyline: Alumni Ivy and Tucker host a high school event, but intense nostalgia pulls them—and the audience—back in time. The story follows a group of students preparing for an annual Talent Show.

WORKSHOP PRODUCTION DETAILS
This is a high-energy, collaborative environment where performers work alongside the full creative team (Director, Composer, Choreographer) to refine original songs, choreography, and dialogue.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Please submit your virtual audition via the form below. Your submission should include:

1. Introduction: A brief video stating your name, grade level (if applicable), and why you wish to be part of this workshop production/creative lab.

2. Vocal Selection: 16–32 bars of a pop/rock song that showcases your voice. (A cappella, with a track, or self-accompanied).

3. Movement: A short dance clip or movement reel.

4. Instrument (Optional): A short video playing instrument.
