DESCRIPTION
Two River Theater is seeking passionate, early-career artists and administrators to join its Emerging Professionals Program. This season-long, paid residency is designed as a springboard for individuals beginning their careers in the performing arts. Multiple positions are available within our Production Department, including opportunities in costuming, props, lighting, and sound, alongside roles in artistic development and management.
Emerging Professionals receive weekly pay, housing, a travel stipend, and the option of 100% employer-paid health benefits. Each participant is paired with experienced mentors who provide guidance, support, and valuable industry connections. Through practical, real-world applications and collaboration with leading professionals, residents build essential skills and deepen their understanding of their chosen field.
