ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Distribution Representative is front-of-house personnel whose goal is to provide exemplary customer services to Patrons attending Broadway shows through the distribution of assistive technology and explanation of the various services we provide: audio amplification, captions, audio description and foreign language translation.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Be adept with technology and apps.

• Work well independently.

• Maintain a professional demeanor in the fast-paced environment of the Broadway theaters.

• Bilingual or ASL language a plus.

• Note: This job will require the Distribution Representative to be standing for extended periods of time and climb stairs when elevators are not available.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Distributing Assistive Listening Devices to Patrons (Headsets, Captions, Audio-Description, Language Translation).

• Logging Patron Data in tablet for each distributed device.

• Providing clear usage instructions to Patrons.

• Communicating with Management regarding system issues.
