DESCRIPTION

Seeking female dancers (6) with either a strong technical background in classical ballet/pointe and/or a background in classical Indian and contemporary dance to workshop a repertoire piece by an internationally acclaimed choreographer. Must be available to rehearse in person in NYC in May. Approximately a 14-16 hour commitment in total, including closed and open rehearsals. Full availability is a must. The workshop will be open to press and select invited members of the public and educational institutions. Dancers should be comfortable rehearsing with an audience and film/photography teams present. Dancers need to be proficient in learning rapidly and demonstrating a high level of technical strength and group work.
