Job Overview:
We are seeking knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate individuals with professional dance training and expertise to join our team as adjudicators. Ideal candidates are professionals with experience across all dance styles who are committed to excellence, integrity, and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Versatile background in all major dance styles, including but not limited to jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, and hip-hop.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver constructive, encouraging, and articulate feedback to all ages and skill levels.

  • Positive, adaptable, and ready to collaborate with fellow judges and event staff.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain focus during long event days.

  • Prior judging or teaching experience at a competitive level is strongly desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and score dance performances using The PAC Collective’s criteria and scoring systems

  • Record verbal feedback for each routine, offering both praise and constructive critiques

  • Maintain consistency, fairness, and integrity in all scoring decisions

  • Represent The PAC Collective brand with energy and professionalism throughout the event

  • Collaborate with fellow judges and staff to ensure a smooth and inspiring competition experience

Requirements:

  • Availability for weekend travel

  • Background in dance (teaching, performing, or judging)

  • Ability to assess dancers across all ages and skill levels

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live event environment

SALARY

$250.00 – $2,000.00 per show
