About the Opportunity
Premier Hospitality is seeking professional Convention Registration & Guest Support Staff for a multi-day association convention in Center City Philadelphia.
Team members will support attendee credentialing, badge printing, guest services, and convention floor operations as part of a structured, supervised team environment.
This is a W-2 position with onsite leadership and clear professional standards.
Responsibilities
• Attendee and exhibitor check-in
• Badge printing and scanning
• VIP and speaker registration support
• Member services and help desk assistance
• Line management and directional support
• Following supervisor direction and assigned station roles
Assignments may vary based on event needs.
Event Dates
• Tuesday, April 7 (Training – afternoon)
• Wednesday, April 8
• Thursday, April 9
• Friday, April 10
Preferred: Availability for multiple event days (especially April 8 & 9).
Flexible scheduling may be considered.
5-hour minimum pay guarantee per shift.
Compensation
$20–$22.50 per hour starting rate, based on experience and role assignment
W-2 employment

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Comfortable using basic technology
• Reliable and punctual
Uniform Requirements
Professional event attire is required (black slacks, white button-down shirt, black tie, and non-slip black shoes).
Uniform pieces are available for team members who need them (excluding footwear).
