DESCRIPTION
Premier Hospitality is seeking professional Convention Registration & Support Staff to support a multi-day association convention in Center City Philadelphia.
This role supports attendee credentialing, badge printing, guest services, and convention floor operations within a structured and supervised team environment.
This is a W-2 position with onsite leadership and professional standards.
Responsibilities
• Attendee and exhibitor check-in
• Badge printing and scanning
• VIP and speaker registration support
• Member services and help desk assistance
• Line management and directional support
• Following supervisor direction and station assignments
Assignments may vary based on event needs.
Event Dates
• Tuesday, April 7 (Training – afternoon)
• Wednesday, April 8
• Thursday, April 9
• Friday, April 10
Preferred: Availability for multiple event days (especially April 8 & 9).
Flexible scheduling considered.
5-hour minimum pay guarantee per shift.
Compensation
$18–$22 per hour, based on experience and role assignment

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable using basic technology
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Black non-slip shoes required
• Black slacks, white button-down, and black tie required (assistance may be available)
