DESCRIPTION

The North American Tour of MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL is seeking a Company Manager. The position will collaborate with the General Managers, Producers, Stage Managers, and the Creative Team to support the day-to-day business, logistics, and operations of the MOULIN ROUGE tour.

This is a full-time touring position.

  • Good with people – from performers, crew, and musicians, to producers, creatives, local presenters and audience members

KEY REPONSIBILITIES

The CM will work with the General Manager and the Assistant/Associate Company Manager to:

  • Book and coordinate travel, ground transportation and housing for a touring company of 75, plus creatives and producers, as needed
  • Process weekly payroll, reimbursements, and remitting union benefits
  • Audit and report nightly box office statements and weekly financial settlements
  • Oversee processes company house seats, releases, and inventory management
  • Work with the tour’s leadership, EDI and HR teams to ensure all HR & Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion practices are being uplifted and adhered to
  • File workers comp claims and assist company members with the insurance process as well as helping to locate doctors
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events, parties, and maintaining company morale
  • Other duties as assigned

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years in a touring company management
  • Previous management of Broadway Union contracts including AEA, ATPAM, IATSE, Pamphlet B, SDC, USA and the Dramatists Guild
  • Experience with Checks & Balances Payroll, Quickbooks, BambooHR, and Beanworks, all a plus
  • Oversight of individual and group travel and planning
  • Expertise with numbers and Microsoft Excel
