COACH THE CRAFT was created by Josh Bardier to offer his experience, insight, and passion to other creatives who are looking to change the way they approach their work. A paradigm shift. Whether preparing for a callback, filming a self tape, or making strides in a new writing project, the primary focus is process. Each 1 ON 1 session is centered around individual goals while fostering space to create without needing to get it “right”. Sessions target the intuitive nature of the artist with an emphasis on utilizing everything happening in the present moment. As your coach, Josh uses his training as a performing artist and his years of personal work in mental health and mindfulness to help you answer the question “what do you want”.

JOSH BARDIER is an MC, actor, singer, writer, director, and producer based in New York City. He grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts and went on to continue his education at Saint Michael’s College and Circle in the Square. Prior to moving to NYC, Josh lived in South London working at Trafalgar Studios. Favorite performance credits include starring Off-Broadway in the Korean thriller INTERVIEW and creating the role of Bebo in Warren Carlyle’s HAVANA! Solo shows include One More Song & Dance, How to Get Away With Murder… Without Really Trying, Last Call, Make America Laugh Again, and Just In Time. Josh was also the creator and host of ACTORIA, a community cabaret that was a staple in Queens nightlife for 5 years. Upcoming projects include directing Giudi Lattanzi’s debut NYC solo show, Giudi with a “G” and his sixth solo show titled SADBOI x MISTER DASH.
