DESCRIPTION

McCorkle Casting LTD. seeks a Spring Casting Intern. Internship period runs from early January - early May 2025

This internship is open only to current students who are able to use the internship for college credit.

Interns are expected to provide 20 hours per week, with a mix of in-person and remote work, and should be based in NYC. Schedules can be flexible to accommodate student class commitments.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for learning the behind the scenes aspects of theatre, film and television casting. Interns will assist in the day-to-day operations of a busy casting office, and learn how to use Breakdown Services, assist in running sessions for in-person auditions, and provide administrative support for work on a season that includes theater and film projects.

No previous casting experience is required, though experience in theater and/or film administration or production is a plus.

The internship is unpaid and for those seeking college credit only.
