AUDITION NOTICE – THE SUPER PICKLE: A HILARIOUS MUSICAL PARODY
NON-EQUITY | VIDEO SUBMISSIONS ONLY
Entertainment Events, Inc. is now accepting video audition submissions for the workshop production of The Super Pickle: A Hilarious Musical Parody, a new musical comedy.
CASTING BREAKDOWN
We are casting 4 performers total:

2 Men

2 Women
All roles are for strong comedic performers with solid vocal ability and comfort with movement.
PLEASE NOTE:

This is a developmental workshop with the possibility of future engagements
REHEARSAL & PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE
Rehearsals are New York–based and currently scheduled as follows:
-
February 9–12 (Monday–Thursday)
-
February 16–19 (Monday–Thursday)
-
February 23–25 (Monday–Wednesday)
(Two of these three days may be used if rehearsals are capped at 10 total days.)
All rehearsals are mandatory unless approved in advance by the director.
Confirmed Performance Dates:

March 21 – Richardson, TX
Please note there will be post-show brush-up and clean-up sessions following the February 27 performance to incorporate updates and revisions ahead of March performances.
AVAILABILITY & CONFLICTS
All submissions must include a list of any conflicts between now and March 30. Please be specific with dates and note whether conflicts are flexible or non-negotiable.
TRAVEL
All out-of-town travel required for this engagement will be paid for by the Producer.

SUBMISSION MATERIALS
Please include the following video materials:

One comedic song cut (60–90 seconds)

One comedic monologue

Movement or dance reel (if available)
Selections should showcase comedic timing, vocal ability, personality, and physical storytelling.
COMPENSATION
- Rehearsal Pay: $400 per week (based on a 4-day rehearsal week)
- Performance Pay: $200 per show
- Per Diem: $50 per day for:
- Travel days exceeding 6 hours, and/or
- Days on the road under housing provided by the producer
No per diem will be paid during New York–based rehearsals.
Dance callbacks may be requested at a later date (TBD).
