DESCRIPTION
Deep Flight Productions (NYC-based) seeks a US-based Associate Producer (Operations) to support advance production and administrative needs for a returning Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2026 production.
This is a non-travel, remote role focused on scheduling, payroll (Wrapbook), contracts, insurance coordination, and advance logistics, working closely with the Producing Artistic Director and collaborators such as the graphic designer.
Timeline: February 2, 2026 (or immediate / ASAP) through September 30, 2026
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Master scheduling and deadline tracking
Payroll administration (Wrapbook)
Contracts and insurance coordination
Advance hiring support
Administrative coordination of travel and lodging arrangements
Advertising and promotional materials coordination, including artwork submissions, print deadlines, and flyer delivery logistics
Coordination of Fringe and venue listings
Prop hire coordination and advance logistics
Preparation of materials and documentation for on-site production
Does not include: Travel to Edinburgh, stage management, or on-site venue operations.
Qualifications:
3+ years theatre producing or arts administration experience; strong organizational and communication skills. Edinburgh Festival Fringe experience strongly preferred.
Compensation:
$8,000–$14,000 per show (project-based), commensurate with experience and scope.
