DESCRIPTION

Our client, an investment firm located in midtown, is looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to cover a Long Term/Contract role.

This position is working Monday through Friday from 10am-7pm

Responsibilities:

· Provide Administrative support to C- Level office

· Assist with coordinating travel

· Process and submit expenses using Concur

· Assist with special events and catering requests

· Draft and review correspondence

· Perform general administrative tasks

· Answering front desk calls, transfer to appropriate individuals

· Schedule appointments

· Meet and greet guests in a courteous manner

Qualifications:

· 1-2 years of previous corporate administrative support experience

· Proficient with MS Office skills

· Proactive, self-starter – willing to learn and be cross trained within other departments

· Strong attention to detail

· Flexible to assist in different departments as needed

· Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 10am- 7pm - have previous office adminsitrative experience and be able to committ to a long term role- 6 months plus

SALARY

$28.00 – $32.00 per hour
