DESCRIPTION

Summary: This position is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the programming department through data reporting, financial processing, and contract management. The role requires strong project and data management skills with a focus on processing contracts, analyzing ticket sales trends, creating reports, and coordinating information effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the Vice President and Senior Director of Programming.
  • Create reports and data visualizations using Microsoft Excel and other tools based on analytics pulled from ticketing systems, industry databases and internal sources.
  • Process deposits and invoices in a timely manner and in accordance with guidelines
  • Report event ticket sales to performance rights organizations and other necessary industry contacts.
  • Analyze ticket sales to help understand and report trends to the team and organization.
  • Process and submit performance contracts in fast paced environment.
  • Create, submit, and process rental agreements.
  • Update contract tracking, budget tracking, sales dashboards and other pertinent departmental reports.
  • Serve as a liaison to and/or collaborator with multiple departments as relates to Programming events.
  • Serve as department representative at Programming events as assigned. Evening and weekend assignments are possible.
  • Attend regular department meetings.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships both internally with other departments and externally with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Consistently and continuously identify and implement AI tools and emerging technologies that streamline workflows, enhance individual productivity, improve data analysis, and increase the overall efficiency and impact of organizational operations.
  • Successfully perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

College or technical school degree; three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional work history in the non-profit arts sector and knowledge of theatrical production and artist touring strongly encouraged.

SALARY

$55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per hour
