You’ll work closely with the National Company Manager and support leadership across venues to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, supporting managers, and working at the intersection of people, process, and live entertainment.

  • 2+ years of experience in company management, operations, HR administration, or a related role

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Comfort working across multiple cities and time zones

  • Experience in live entertainment, theatre, hospitality, or venue-based operations

  • Familiarity with union environments or collective bargaining agreements

  • Experience supporting large, distributed teams

  • Strong spreadsheet and documentation skills
