DESCRIPTION

American Soul is a high-energy tribute to Motown R&B Soul touring band featuring 4 male leads, 1 female lead and 2 background female singers. Lead Female already cast. The show tours performing arts centers, theatres, some outdoor summer concert venues across the Tri-State, Rhode Island, MA, Delaware and Tours to Florida as well as High-end private events.

We are building our 2026 and beyond core company and swings of elite triple-threat performers who can sing lead, blend in tight harmony, and deliver polished commercial movement with charisma, stamina & quick changes. Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule for all rehearsals and performances.

Seeking - Black male or mixed POC presenting performers, ages 40 - 60 height 5'7" - 6'2" sizes Slim - 2X

• Tenor or high baritone R&B and Soul vocals

• Strong lead voice with excellent blend in group harmonies

• Confident with riffs, stylistic interpretation of the Temptations, Pips and 4 tops etc.

• Strong movers with polished commercial / concert-style choreography

• Athletic, dynamic, high-energy stage presence

• Professional, reliable, comfortable with travel, reliable travel, shared hotel rooms (double occupancy)

• High falsetto is a major plus

We are looking for ultimate triple threats who can front a show, support other leads, and hold tight musical and visual precision as a unit.

Strong Soprano, Mezzo Soprano and Alto

Strong voice with excellent blend in group harmonies

• Confident stylistic interpretation of the Supremes, Martha and the Vandellas, Tina Turner, the Marvelettes etc.

• Strong movers with polished commercial / concert-style choreography

• Athletic, dynamic, high-energy stage presence

• Professional, reliable, and comfortable with travel, reliable travel, shared hotel rooms (double occupancy)

• We are looking for ultimate triple threats who can support the lead, and hold tight musical and visual precision as a unit.
