The Glimmerglass Festival is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure efficiency within our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments.
Maintain organized records, files, and databases for easy access and retrieval.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budget management.
Support HR functions and onboarding new employees.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment to maintain a productive work environment.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.
This is a seasonal position; employees who work well within the team are often asked to return for subsequent seasons. Must be willing to abide by The Glimmerglass Festival’s current and potential future health and wellness policies.
This position runs from mid-May through August 22, 2025. $16.50/Hr. Housing available. The hiring process is highly competitive; some positions are filled as early as January.
