DESCRIPTION

The Acting Department of the Bret Adams Agency is actively seeking interns for the Spring 2025 semester, to begin in January and end in May. We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate individual who has an interest in the business end of the entertainment industry, and who is curious, organized, and thorough.
As a boutique-sized agency, our interns are an integral part of our daily routine and are thus fully immersed in our work environment, allowing for hands-on, real-world responsibilities and learning opportunities. Previous work in and working knowledge of current film, TV, theatre, or casting is preferred, though not required. The position can be for anywhere between 16-24 hours a week.

This position is unpaid, though will be given school credit for any and all work that is done.
Please Note: This internship must be done through your college for college credit.
Among the duties and responsibilities for the intern are:
-Checking and submitting breakdowns for major projects in film, television, and theatre
-Submitting self tape auditions for our clients (iMovie experience is a plus)
-Filing agency contracts
-Updating resumes, reels, and headshots for our clients
-Website maintenance
-Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (or of Google Docs and Sheets)
-Knowledge of Dropbox
-General office upkeep
-Various errands, including trips to the bank, post office, and local stores
-Other tasks as designated by the agents and the assistant
-Interest in various aspects of the entertainment industry
-A friendly, open attitude that is willing to go with the flow and participate in the office culture
