5 actors (4m/1f) for production of award-winning playwright Dennis Bush's new play The Sloppy Abandon of Excavated Love, to be directed by award-winning director Lester Thomas Shane, and be presented at the Fresh Fruit Festival.

All are principle roles with multiple scenes and plot impact
All characters identify as gay/queer.
All roles open to any ethnicity

MARCUS
male, mid- to late 30s, charming, witty; in many ways he's stuck between the past and present

AARON
male, mid to late 20s, comfortable with his body, effortlessly sexy; youthful, but with life experiences that have given him strength and resolve beyond his years; nudity (full-frontal, in only the first of the character's multiple scenes)

KELVIN
male, late 30s to mid-40s; likes to be in charge, aggressively sexual, plays offense to mask the defensiveness triggered by his insecurities; partial nudity (wears a towel in one scene, optional brief rear nudity at the end of that scene)

SULA
female, mid-30s, pragmatic, protective, fiercely loyal

JASON
male, mid- to late 30s, muscular, sweet, a man on a mission, partial nudity (in underwear)

Auditions will be held Monday and Tuesday, March 16 & 17. Callbacks will be Thursday, March 19.
