The full-length version of the song "Shallow" from A Star is Born is now available. The upcoming movie musical, starring Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper (who also directs), follows seasoned country rock star Jackson Maine and newcomer Ally, who meet, fall in love, and must navigate the music business in addition to their romance.

"Shallow" is a pivotal song in the movie, as it marks the moment when Ally finally takes the stage and unleashes her talent to the world; her song marks her ascent into stardom as Jackson's career starts a downward spiral. "Shallow", like all the songs in the film, was recorded live while filming.

The anthem was penned by Gaga, Mark Ronson, Anthony Rossomando, and Andrew Wyatt.

A Star Is Born, also featuring Anthony Ramos, Andrew Dice Clay, and Sam Elliott, arrives in theatres October 5. The soundtrack is now available for pre-order.
