Film & TV News Watch Jordan Fisher and Lin-Manuel Miranda Sing ‘You’re Welcome’ from Moana The two Hamilton stars team up in the new music video from the animated Disney musical.

Jordan Fisher and Tony Award winner Lin-Manuel Miranda star in the new music video for “You’re Welcome,” a song from the hit animated Disney film Moana. The song is heard during the end credits of the film, for which Miranda wrote part of the score and earned an Oscar nomination.

This isn’t Fisher’s first time singing a Miranda score. The 22-year-old recently starred in his iconic musical Hamilton as John Laurens/Philip Hamilton on Broadway, a role originated by Anthony Ramos.

Moana opened in American theatres November 23, 2016, becoming the No. 2 Thanksgiving debut ever with $82 million. In addition to its Oscar nomination for Animated Feature, the film received a nomination for Miranda's song, “How Far I'll Go.” The songwriting/composing team for the new Disney film includes Miranda, Mark Mancina, and Opetaia Foa‘i.

Moana is now available on Digital HD from Amazon Video and iTunes.

Miranda is currently living in London working on Mary Poppins Returns, a revival of the classic movie musical with a release date for December 2018.
