Watch Hamilton’s Christopher Jackson Turn His CBS Series Into a Musical | Playbill

Film & TV News Watch Hamilton’s Christopher Jackson Turn His CBS Series Into a Musical The Tony nominee sings an original song from Bull The Musical.

After exiting Hamilton on Broadway, the show’s original George Washington, Christopher Jackson, became a series regular on CBS’ Bull.

The show puts a spin on the criminal procedural, focusing on trial scientist Dr. Jason Bull, who helps clients pick sympathetic juries. Jackson plays Chunk Palmer, an All-American football player turned stylist who serves as the wardrobe consultant on the team, helping clients look favorable to juries.

But Late Show host Stephen Colbert thought it was a shame that Jackson’s vocal talents may be going to waste on television. “In my downtime I’ve been working on something,” said Jackson. “Bull The Musical.”

The two then performed a duet from the faux musical.

Jackson sang:

In this crazy-mixed up world of legal sound and fury
A man will rise, he’s not just the judge, instead he works the jury

You can’t believe the courtroom tricks he’ll pull
I’m proud to call him leader, friend, that amazing man named Bull
