News Watch Aaron Tveit Play a Villainous Gunman in "Big Sky" Film, Opening Today Broadway star Aaron Tveit co-stars with Kyra Sedgwick, Bella Thorne, Frank Grillo and François Arnaud in the movie thriller "Big Sky," which premieres today.

It's the story of a young woman suffering from agoraphobia struggling to survive after being attacked by armed robbers. Tveit plays one of the two gunmen who attack Thorne and Sedgwick.

Tveit has starred on Broadway in the musicals Hairspray, Wicked, Next to Normal and Catch Me If You Can. He currently stars as Mike Warren in the TV series "Graceland." His film credits also include "Undrafted," "Stereotypically You" and "Les Miserables." He will play the leading role of Danny Zuko in Fox TV's Grease: Live.

Tveit previously spoke about working on independent films, telling Playbill.com, "It’s kind of a strange thing – you have an amazing time and you shoot these great movies and you don’t know where and when they’re going to pop up when they’re independent. The nice thing with independent films is I got to play these fantastic parts in these movies and get to really dig your teeth and gain some experience working with amazing up-and-coming directors and writers. It’s a really artistically fulfilling experience working on films like that."
