Video: Rachel Zegler Performs 'Don't Cry For Me Argentina,' Paddington Sings About 'Marmalade' at the 2026 Olivier Awards

The 2026 Olivier Award winners were revealed in a starry April 12 ceremony at Royal Albert Hall, with Nick Mohammed hosting. The full ceremony offered theatre fans on both sides of the pond an opportunity to see performances from this season's nominated musicals, as well as a few familiar favorites.
The United States's very own Rachel Zegler took home the Olivier for Best Actress in a Musical, and performed "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" from Jamie Lloyd's hit Evita revival—a song Zegler had famously performed outdoors every evening on the balcony of the London Palladium. Watch her reprise her role onstage at the Olivier Awards in the video above.
England's favorite bear took home the highest total of trophies, with seven awards won out of 11 nominations for Paddington The Musical, including the coveted categories of Best Musical, Best Director, and Best Actor in a Musical. This success will no doubt sharpen eyes on a potential Broadway transfer for Paddington. See the bear himself and the company of Paddington: The Musical perform "Marmalade" in the video below.
Bridge Theatre's revival of Into the Woods was the most-nominated production was the most nominated production this year (next to Paddington), earning the Olivier for Best Musical Revival. Ahead of their upcoming transfer to the West End, see the company perform "First Midnight" and "Giants in the Sky" in the video below.
The evening included a number of performances from the other nominated productions, such as The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry and Shucked, as well as performances by long-running productions like Wicked and The Phantom of the Opera.
