Rooney and Fred Sauter co-conceived the act. Christopher Vassiliades is musical director.

An award-winning, rule-breaking performer with a multi-octave voice like no other, Brian Charles Rooney humorously challenges notions you might have about cabaret, wielding a unique voice suffering from an entertaining case of multiple personality disorder!"

Rooney made his Broadway debut in the Roundabout’s revival of The Threepenny Opera in the soprano role of Lucy Brown. He also appeared in the NY Philharmonic’s concert of Camelot. Regionally, he won this year’s Connecticut Critics' Circle Award for Best Actor in a Musical for his performance of Candy Darling in POP! Off-Broadway he won an Outstanding Performance Award - Best in Fest NYMF 2008 for Dionne Salon in Bedbugs!!! and starred in the title role of The Student Prince. He has also performed the role of Tony in the European tour of West Side Story.
