News Three Classic Musicals Plus Premiere of Scrooge in Love! Set for 42nd Street Moon Season 42nd Street Moon's 2015-16 season in San Francisco will feature four musicals, whose creators include Noël Coward, Richard Rodgers, Lorenz Hart, Frank Loesser, George Abbot and Larry Grossman. Broadway's Jason Graae will also be part of the season, playing Ebenezer Scrooge in a new musical.

The upcoming season will kick off with Noël Coward's Sail Away. Directed by Greg MacKellan, performances are scheduled for Oct. 28-Nov. 15. Dave Dobrusky will be the musical director for Sail Away, which features such tunes as "Why Do the Wrong People Travel?," "Later Than Spring," the title song and more.

Scrooge in Love!, a new musical by Larry Grossman, Kellen Blair and Duane Poole, will be presented Nov. 25-Dec. 13. Directed by Dyan McBride with music direction by Dave Dobrusky, the production will star Jason Graae. The world premiere answers the question, "What happens after A Christmas Carol?"

Richard Rodgers, Lorenz Hart and George Abbott's The Boys from Syracuse will play the San Francisco venue March 23-April 17, 2016. A director will be announced at a later date; Dave Dobrosky is the musical director.

The Most Happy Fella, the 1956 hit by Frank Loesser, will be offered April 27-May 15. The season will also include a salute to Gypsy and Funny Girl composer Jule Styne May 9-10 with Coming Up Roses: The Jule Styne Salon.
