Teach Me How To Die, a new play by Lisa Monde, begins performances Off-Broadway April 6. The limited run, which plays the The Gene Frankel Theatre, will continue through April 29.

The play takes place in a suicide note writing master class, where a philology professor attempts to guide six participants through what it means to sever ties with life.

Directed by Monde and Thomas R. Gordon, Teach Me How To Die features Samuel Shurtleff, Steven J. Harris, Lisa Monde, Robert L. Bradvica, Luke Edward Smith, Scott Lilly, Mark Simmons, Thomas R. Gordon, and Cadence Lamb in its company.

Additionally, Monde composed original music for the piece. The production's lighting designer is Gilbert Pearto, the videographer is David Stiles, and the stage manager and prop master is Rene Shubert.
