The 7 PM and 9:30 PM, featuring Perry's signature party anthems and her most heartfelt hits, included performances from Taylor Louderman (Peter Pan Live!, Bring It On), Adrienne Warren ("Orange Is The New Black," Bring It On), Olivier Award winner Lesli Margherita (Matilda), Ben Fankhauser (Newsies, Spring Awakening), Ryann Redmond (If/Then, Bring It On), Daniel Quadrino (Wicked, Newsies), Janet Krupin (If/Then, Hands on a Hardbody), Hannah Elless (Bright Star, Godspell), Ariana Groover (Holler If You Hear Me, Bare), Desi Oakley (Wicked, Annie, Evita), Jeff Heimbrock (Newsies, The Book of Mormon), Samantha Marie Ware ("Glee," The Book of Mormon), Christy Altomare (Carrie), Josh Tolle (Duck Commander), Ginna Le Vine ("Kid Witness") and Jessica Vosk (Finding Neverland).
Audiences heard the hit singles "Firework," "Roar," "Hot 'N' Cold," "Waking Up In Vegas," "Last Friday Night" as well as some of her more introspective tunes, "Not Like The Movies," "By The Grace of God" and many more.
The evening was produced and music-directed by Benjamin Rauhala and is the sixth in the Broadway Loves series, which previously celebrated Sam Smith, Celine Dion, the Spice Girls, Britney Spears and the music of the 90s.
Lincoln Center Theater is bringing the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical back to the Vivian Beaumont with Kelli O'Hara, Paolo Szot, Matthew Morrison, and more.
The London production is part of Brooklyn Academy of Music's winter and spring 2025 season, which also includes Whitney White's Macbeth in Stride and more.
