42nd Street Moon presents Berlin's Miss Liberty through Nov. 13 at its California stage while Best of Broadway welcomes back White Christmas, this time at its Orpheum Theatre Nov. 9-Dec. 31. In addition to the performances, the proclamation also honors a number of related events celebrating the great American songwriter. San Francisco Performing Arts Library and Museum currently houses a new exhibition, "SHOW BUSINESS! Irving Berlin's Broadway" (viewable through Dec. 17) and will present "There's No People Like Show People: A Celebration of Irving Berlin" (Nov. 14 at 7 PM) featuring performances from the aforementioned shows will panel discussions with notable guests such as Berlin's daughter Linda Emmet, original Broadway star of Miss Liberty Allyn Ann McLerie, White Christmas producer Kevin McCollum and Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization president Ted Chapin.
