The 2024–25 tour will play 19 venues across the U.K. and Ireland.

Casting is set for New Adventures' 30th anniversary U.K. and Ireland tour of Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake.

The 2024–25 tour, which will play 19 venues across 29 weeks, will launch November 11-16 at Theatre Royal Plymouth before visiting The Lowry, Salford November 19-30, plus an eight-week season at Sadler’s Wells December 3, 2024–January 26, 2025.

The production will also play engagements in Aberdeen, Sheffield, Dublin, Birmingham, Nottingham, Liverpool, Bristol, Southampton, Norwich, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Milton Keynes, Cardiff, Canterbury, Bradford, and Glasgow.

This groundbreaking production of Tchaikovsky's masterpiece, which famously features male swans, will be led by Harrison Dowzell, Jackson Fisch, and Rory Macleod as The Swan/The Stranger; James Lovell, Leonardo McCorkindale, and Stephen Murray as The Prince; Nicole Kabera and Ashley Shaw as The Queen; Katrina Lyndon as The Queen and the Girlfriend; and Bryony Wood as the Girlfriend.

The company will be completed by Matthew Amos, Benjamin Barlow Bazeley, Alistair Beattie, Ben Brown, Carla Contini, Jade Copas, Anna-Maria de Freitas, Perreira de Jesus Franque, Jamie Duncan-Campbell, Alexander Fadayiro, Savannah Ffrench, Cameron Flynn, Louis Fukuhara, Louis Harris, Kurumi Kamayachi, Sebastien Kapps, Aristide Lyons, Callum Mann, Eleanor McGrath, Jarrod McWilliams, Maisie Mwebe, Mukeni Nel, Eve Ngbokota, George-Murray Nightingale, Harry Ondrak-Wright, Barnaby Quarendon, Molly Shaw-Downie, Nikolas Shikkis, Xavier Andriambolanoro Sotiya, Tom Standing, and Christina Walters.

The production is directed and choreographed by Bourne, with set and costume design by Lez Brotherston, lighting design by Paule Constable, video and projection design by Duncan McLean, and sound design by Ken Hampton.

Swan Lake—which is set to the famed Tchaikovsky score—debuted in London in 1995 and landed on Broadway in 1998, earning Bourne Tony Awards for direction and choreography. Swan Lake was later televised on PBS' Great Performances and featured in the film Billy Elliot.
