Second Stage's New York premiere of Bess Woh's Camp Siegfried, directed by David Cromer, is playing the Tony Kiser Theater. Opening night is set for November 15. Get a first look at the production below.
Lily McInerny (Palm Trees and Power Lines) and Johnny Berchtold (Gaslit, The Wild) both make their Off-Broadway debuts starring in the two-hander, which follows two teenagers who find themselves headed towards either young passion or fascist extremism at Long Island's real-life Camp Siegfried on the cusp of World War II. The work received its world premiere at London's Old Vic last year.
The production features scenic design by Brett Banakis, costume design by Brenda Abbandandolo, lighting design by Tyler Micoleau, and sound design by Christopher Darbassie. Casting is by The Telsey Office.
