Broadway Dreams Foundation celebrated its founders Ryan Stana and Adam Sansiveri at the organization's 15th annual gala December 10. Stana founded and serves as CEO of RWS Entertainment Group while Sansiveri, an arts philanthropist, is SVP and senior managing director of AllianceBernstein.
Held at New York City's Plaza Hotel, the even was headlined by Dreamgirls Tony winner Jennifer Holliday, most recently on Broadway in the record-breaking revival of Chicago. See Holliday and other familiar faces from theatre come out for the celebration below.
“We are thrilled to recognize Adam Sansiveri for his unattached generosity and dedication to BDF and Ryan Stana as a pioneer in creating dreams in the entertainment space,” says Annette Tanner, Broadway Dreams founder. “Broadway Dreams would not be the global organization it is today without the generosity, creativity, and support from Adam, Ryan, and RWS Entertainment Group.”
Founded in 2006, Broadway Dreams is a leading arts education not-for-profit dedicated to creating a bridge between the professional Broadway community and the next generation of theatre artists through an immersive, mentorship-driven training model.
Patrick Cassidy directed the benefit which featured the talents of Jackie Burns (Wicked), Quentin Earl Darrington (MJ the Musical), Ryann Redmond (Frozen), recording artist Morgan James (Godspell), and Tony-winning composer-lyricist Adam Guettel (The LightinthePiazza). The evening raised funds for the organization’s global work in supporting performing arts education and career development.
