News Sarah Ruhl and Halley Feiffer Debut New Plays Tonight to Help Broadway Community Housing Sweet Chaos Theater Project presents an evening of world-premiere short play readings by award-winning playwrights Sept. 28 at Symphony Space. Proceeds from the event help fund home libraries for families living in Broadway Community Housing in Harlem.

Included in the line-up of writers are Sarah Ruhl (In the Next Room) and Halley Feiffer (I'm Gonna Pray For You So Hard), debuting new works that explore family life. The family theme of the evening, titled Tipping Points, reflects the organization's mission of "telling stories about family while helping families." 

The complete line-up of playwrights also includes Brooke Berman, Kate Gersten, Paul Grellong, Kenneth Lin, Winter Miller, Nilaja Sun and Austin Winsberg, with direction by Carolyn Cantor.

The 90-minute event is presented in partnership with Litworld. Tickets cost $65 and can be purchased at SymphonySpace.
