Audible Theater's world premiere of Yilong Liu's Good Enemy officially opened November 6 at Off-Broadway's Minetta Lane Theatre, and the reviews are coming in.
Directed by Obie Award winner Chay Yew, the cast features Obie winner Francis Jue, Ron Domingo (The American Pilot), Tim Liu (Nepotism), Geena Quintos (Soft Power), Alec Silver (Temping), Ryan Spahn (Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow), and Jeena Yi (Network).
In Liu’s new play, Howard (Jue) makes a surprise cross-country trip to visit his college-age daughter, and he’s forced to confront the rift between them, one caused by Howard’s refusal to face memories of his life as a young man in China.

The production features scenic design by Junghyun Georgia Lee, costume design by Mel Ng, lighting design by Reza Behjat, sound design by Mikhail Fiksel, and fight/intimacy direction by Dave Anzuelo/Unkle Dave’s Fight-House. Casting is by X Casting Victor Vazquez, and Merrick AB Williams is the production stage manager with technical supervision by Hudson Theatrical Associates and general management by Baseline Theatrical's Andy Jones and Jonathan Whitton.
